Aaah... new year is coming soon. And I can't wait for it, already! But a little recap...
2012: a lot of music acts, whom most of us didn't expect at all to come here to Malaysia, have proved us wrong. Chris Carrabba, Sigur Ros, Soulfly, J'Lo and hell, William Beckett. They are among those who came to perform at various venues in Klang Valley last year. So this improvement of music line-up's varieties is a good news. It gives us hope for a better and more interesting line-up of musicians and bands to come here and rock us all.
Well, some concert organizers had officially announced their upcoming concerts in Malaysia within the first quarter of next year. Looking at the list, I love most of them and again, I just can't wait for it! Jyeah~
JAN 2013: 65daysofstatic (8), The Vaccines (11), Dia Frampton (12), Swedish House Mafia (18)
FEB: Paramore (17), Pierce The Veil & Sleeping With Sirens (17)
MAR: Grimes (12), Armin Van Buuren (15), Future Music Festival Asia 2013 (16)
And keep in mind there are annual events like MTV World Stage, Rockaway & Urbanscapes ;)
Dia Frampton (remember Meg & Dia?). She will play The Bee, Publika on Jan 12.
Grimes, a genius behind her deck. Will perform next March at The Bee, Publika.
Hayley Williams, Paramore's vocalist, will rock Stadium Negara on Feb 17.
Ellie Goulding. She'll be performing at Singapore on Feb 26. Let's hope some good fellas to bring her here to M'sia ;)
