Review: Mirror Mirror

Synopsis: The famous 'Snow White' fairy tale with a few twists (plus an Asian dwarf)

Review: I enjoyed watching it! I thought it's going to be another disappointment from Tarsem Singh after watching 'Immortals' and MM's trailer. But, the re-built storyline of Snow White was fun. And thank God, the humors were acceptable. Lily Collins as the Snow White was cute, if not beautiful. Give that claim to Julia Roberts who still has it. She looked annoyingly evil as the Queen. And dude Armie Hammer (The Social Network) surprisingly made a good comedian and charming at the same time.

I told you. There's an Asian dwarf. No, he's not gonna die in this movie.

The dwarfs were adorable too. No disrespect, I wasn't a fan of overused dwarfs in movies but Mirror Mirror made them look fun and colorful, which I like so much!

Suitable as a light-watch, with family and friends. If you prefer a dark take on Snow White, there will be another Snow White movie, which is darker than MM based on the trailer I've seen... starring Kirsten Stewart. (erghh...)

I rated 3.5/5 stars.

Remember this dude as BOTH the twins in The Social Network?
